RallytoGod No Returns Policy (Non-EU Customers)

At RallytoGod, all of our products are made to order just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a production error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@rallytogod.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And you must provide photographic or video evidence that your item is damaged or wrong. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, at RallytoGod, we create print-on-demand (POD) products to bring you high-quality, faith-inspired clothing. As part of EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible returns. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our return process:

If you change your mind about a product, if you live within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  2. The item includes any original tags or packaging.
  3. You notify us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day window.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@rallytogod.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Shipping the Item Back: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will be refunded the product's purchase price, including any standard shipping fees you paid when placing the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
